Itinerary
Arrival in Bhubaneswar - Transfer to Puri (60 Km, 1 hour)
- Get picked up by our driver from Bhubaneswar Airport
- Drive to Puri. Visit the Sakshi Gopal Temple en route
- Reach Puri and check in at the hotel, rest for a while, and then start off with Puri Darshan
- Seek blessings of Lord Jagannath, Subhadra, and Balabhadra at the iconic Jagannath Temple in Puri (only Hindus are allowed inside the temple)
- Later, visit the Bedi Hanuman Temple, Omkareshwar, and Mata Math in Puri
- Late in the evening, if time allows, visit the gleaming Puri Beach and the local market around it
Sightseeing of Chilika Lake (Satpada) - Return to Puri (50 Km, 1 hour)
- Enjoy your morning breakfast and depart for Satapada
- Visit the Chilika Lake (the biggest inland lake of India, spread over 1100 square kilometres) (you can go for a boat ride at additional charges)
- Explore other sightseeing spots near Chilika, like Alarnath Temple; witness the Irrawaddy Dolphins and the Hradaya Sagar Sangam or the sea mouth (the point where the Chilika Lake meets the sea)
- Return to Puri in the late evening, have your dinner at the hotel, and stay for the night in Puri
Puri to Konark (Visit Sun Temple) - Drop off in Bhubaneswar
- Enjoy your delicious breakfast buffet at the hotel, and check out from the hotel with your luggage
- You will be driven to Konark via the Marine Drive and, en route, visit the Chandrabhaga Beach & Ramchandi Temple
- After reaching Konark, visit the iconically famous Sun Temple (the black Pagoda since the 12th century)
- Later, drive to Bhubaneswar and have darshan at the Lingaraj Temple, the Chausath Yogini Temple, and the Pipli Village for a tour immersed in the local, cultural, and spiritual depth of Odisha
- Transfer to the Bhubaneswar Airport or railway station. The journey concludes here!
